Artists whose studios are located in the areas of The Quadrangle, Inc. and Midtown Cleveland and have joined together to create an event to publicize this part of the city where many Cleveland artists work. The event, City Artists at Work will bring together about sixty artists whose studios are located in thirteen separate buildings.

THE BLACK CHURCH PROJECT: "REVELATIONS":Photographs of Cleveland's African American Churches curated by Douglas Max Utter opens Friday November 7th, reception from 6pm - 10:30pm.
The Black Church Project Exhibition takes the visitor on a journey into a welcoming yet very private community, revealing and sharing the strengths of a common faith. Working both in crisp black and white and vibrant color, Levy documents the joy, sorrow, and spiritual resolve of members of Cleveland’s east side African American community worshipping in diverse locations and ways -- in houses and in churches, in sober reflection, jubilation, and song.
The exhibit runs through December 14, 2008
